The site now features an exclusive members section which has general information, syllabus and training guides, articles and much more. The information contained in the members section has been created to aid your training and answer many common questions.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank the Lau Gar Guardians for their contribution to the website. It is an opportunity for senior instructors of the style to come together and share many years of experience with our members and future generations.
