Description:
Course Objectives  
To improve your Lau Gar skills and understanding of how to use the whole body as a fist by applying the six co-ordinations.

To develop more awareness of the martial root and how the mind and body coordinate to generate power and effective techniques. This course will turbo-charge your Lau Gar skills and understanding and take you to the next level.

To enhance your fitness, health and well-being plus meet friends old and new.

Highlights: 
The training programme includes over 30 hours of Lau Gar personal development, exploring new techniques and refining core syllabus essentials.  

Enjoy the fun, challenge and motivation of our group training experience.
Suitable for beginners through to higher grades, our experienced coaches will help you achieve your training goals.
Intensive training ensures beginners through to Orange sash will qualify for an automatic upgrade on completion. 
Social activities to meet and relax with Lau Gar friends.
