BKFA students must have completed the Coaching course 1 before undertaking their 2nd Degree Black Sash Grading. 

Coaching Course 1: Objective 
By the end of the course you will have a greater understanding of how to communicate the techniques of the style and a sense of proper behaviour.

Coaching a class including planning, delivery, feedback and reviewing
Understanding fitness and the 11 Components of Fitness
Antagonistic Muscle Pairs
Aerobic and Anaerobic Respiration
Theory of Supercompensation
