kung fu techniques. It will cover:
Loosening your muscles, ligaments and joints
The three cultivations: body, mind and breath
Gathering and directing Qi for health, protection and internal strength
Developing a stronger stance through rooting,
Six co-ordinations and Dan Tian rotation,
Ging- energy release.
