Course Objectives  
Improve your Lau Gar skills and understanding, enhance your fitness, health and well-being, and meet friends old and new.

Our new 2022 training programme includes over 30 hours of Lau Gar personal development, exploring new techniques and refining core syllabus essentials.  
Enjoy the fun, challenge and motivation of our group training experience.
Suitable for beginners through to higher grades, our experienced coaches will help you achieve your training goals.
Intensive training ensures beginners through to Orange sash will qualify for an automatic upgrade on completion. 
Social activities to meet and relax with Lau Gar friends.

Join us in Llandudno, the largest seaside resort in Wales, with its two beaches, panoramic views and nearby access to the Snowdonia National Park.
