Aimed at all Black Sashes and Instructors of any grade who would like to further develop their own skills and the skills of their students.


We will cover:
relevant aspects of the teaching and learning of skills

the elements of the response time, and what it means for self defence
stress and its impact on performance
the development of power
We will also look at the common errors that have been observed at the Brown Sash Courses and on the Black Sash Gradings.


As this is a practical session you will need to bring your training kit.
