Lau Gar National Demonstration Team
Since 2004 the Guardians have been responsible for organising and training the National Demonstration Team. In the past we have offered the chance for hard working youngsters to perform alongside seasoned veterans. The team has inspired and informed and entertained audiences. Notable performances in the past have included traditional Lau hand and weapon sets alongside material learnt on the Lau Gar Summer Courses and forms learnt on the Annual trips to Fu Shan in Southern China.

In the past these performances have been developed over one training session, drawing on Lau Gar practitioners from across the country. Now that the standard has been set, the honour has been thrown open to any Lau Gar club within the BKFA that believes they can meet the challenge. This offers clubs the opportunity to prepare and perform at a National level. Support will be made available from the Guardians.
